Son système à convection véritable Even-Heat(MC) procure une chaleur et une cuisson uniformes, tandis que sa conception unique en noeud papillon permet d'éviter les bords brûlés et les centres non cuits. La sonde de température mesure avec précision la température interne des viandes,volailles et gratins sans ouvrir la porte du four, pour une cuisson à la perfection. De plus, un programme d'autonettoyage utilise des températures élevées pour éliminer les saletés de la cavité du four, de sorte qu'il suffit simplement de passer un coup de chiffon à la fin du programme pour obtenir un éclat brillant. L'affichage intuitif de gauche à droite facilite le contrôle de toutes les fonctions du four et inclut une fonction de verrouillage des commandes simplifiant le nettoyage et évitant une mise en marche accidentelle de l'appareil. Comparison of 24" to 27" Single Wall oven Kitchen
Our first purchase was a 24 " KitchenAid Single Wall oven kitchen, the second was a 27" KitchenAid Single Wall oven. The 27" is more quiet (less hummm) and heats in a quicker time frame. The software controlling the selection of temperature choices, timing, and alarms is easier to follow and set. The 3 shelves are an improvement compared to the 24" ovens' shelves demonstrating more space internally, the 3 shelves are more stable and easier to adjust, the in-oven light is positioned on two sides and the front glass/pane allows an improved view of the food as baking/broiling, etc. progress. I didn't know what I was missing!
Needed a new oven after 20 years. Decided on this convection thing and love it; quiet operation. I bake bread all the time, as well as roasting and baking other things. The "proof" mode is great for rising yeast bread. Mostly I find keeping the recommended temperature the same and reducing slightly the cook time works best.
Oven lights (2) and large window really allow me to see inside with confidence. Racks are flexible and easy to move. The "handle" cut into the front of the rack is helpful. Digital display didn't require a lot of trial and error; it is intuitive enough. Very happy with purchase, though the timer signal could be louder.

Love everything about this oven
this oven replaced an old oven that originally came with my house. I've never cooked much to begin with but I find myself looking forward to using it more and more. I love the rack that slides, you can move it anywhere in the oven. I like that it's a convection too. The window is big and beautiful so you can really see how food is cooking. I love the inside color of blue. It does seem to take awhile to preheat but that doesn't bother me at all. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase, in fact, I like the kitchenaide products so well I got a microwave, dishwasher and trash compactor too! Everything matches and my kitchen looks brand new.

Worst ever
Mine has rarely been used and is slightly more than 1 year old. The thermostat broke the first time the self cleaning was used. It no longer heats and the thermostat has to be replaced. The fan is loud when it preheats. The oven temperature is inaccurate. I have owned numerous homes with numerous ovens. This Kitchen Aid is the only one I have had a negative experience with.

Tough to find 27" with these features
So after working with my oven for a few weeks, I called because the temperature was significantly off. I estimated it to be about 50degrees cooler than what the temperature was set for. The service agent was at home promptly and tested only to find yes it needed to be re-calibrated. While I had read had to recalibrate myself, I felt it was not my job to do this to a brand new oven. The agent was kind and courteous and worked promptly. So far I'm happy with my oven, though I don't like the slide tray feature as I can't figure out how to remove it or to make it lock in the pulled open position. Once I get it out I think I will prefer using the racks the old fashioned way.

Love my convection wall oven
We purchased a home in oct. 2018 stuck in t 1977. The all in one wall unit was sad, needed replaced. Microwave was toast and the oven when set beyond 350 went to 500. I have always loved Kitchen Aid so we went about replacement with our home warranty. It has taken almost 5 months to make this happen. Wanted to buy made in America and Maytag is USA and KAid. Is their top of the line. My turnovers are lite and crisp. Just like bought in a top bakery. My yellow 2 layer cake is better than the bakery. So far, we have had an excellent experience.
I was able to install this wall oven easily, with no previous experience. Removing the door and shelves made it a one-person (two would have been easier) job. The oven had the exact installation features that made it fit exactly where our very old JennAir oven lived. Using the included installation instructions, the entire process was completed in under an hour. Much better than I had anticipated. First testing of the oven was a complete success and we are now using it daily, without any issues at all. This is a quality product that lives up to its hype. We have no doubt that this KitchenAid oven will serve us faithfully for many years to come. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great Features!
I bought this oven a month ago along with the microwave, slide-in stove and dishwasher from Appliances of Lakeside. I love it! The wall unit was purchased to replace a 27" JennAir. The features are too many to list but I particularly love the fact that the oven is much larger than any of the other wall models that I researched or the one I am replacing, it has steaming self cleaning cycle if you desire or regular cleaning cycle, convection cooking, easy glide roll out shelves, glass touch display (most others are covered in a plastic feeling product of some sorts which will wear out quicker). Love it!
