Love my new wall oven
I have only used my wall oven a few times because I also bought the convection microwave from Kitchenaid, so that gets used most often. I use the wall oven when I have to bake something too large to fit in the microwave. I love this oven because it is so efficient and holds heat so well. It only takes about 5 minutes to heat up to 400+ degrees, which I love as all my other ones typically take at least 9-10 minutes. Also, once this unit reaches temperature, it is so well insulated that it hardly radiates any heat in the kitchen, to the point I can touch the glass window on the door. Best wall over for the price!!!

Fast preheat that is faster than our last one.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this last November 2019 after our 11 year old KitchenAid Steam assist wall oven had to be replaced because they no longer could replace the control board. What a LOSS!! Loved the steam assist oven! It was our work horse! Worked beautifully, and was QUIET! This one is a NIGHTMARE! DO NOT BUY!! REPEAT!! DO NOT BUY, RUN AWAY IF IT IS OFFERED TO YOU!! It is soooooooo NOISY. We told the salesman we did not want anything noisy, we had seen reviews of some models have a problem with noise. THIS IS NOT SOMEWHAT! IT SCARES PEOPLE! WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER KITCHEN AID PRODUCT or purchase from same place again!!!

Dissatisfaction of product
Over the years, I have bought easily six or more ovens. I have never had to do anything other than turn them on to a temperature, and they would work flawlessly. However, with these KitchenAid ovens, it has been a constant battle to get them to get to and stay on the temperature that I've set them. It is maddening. I am sorely disappointed in their quality. I've called the 800 number 3 different times, had a technician out to my house, calibrated the ovens 3 times, and still they do not work properly. I would stay away from this product if at all possible. I am an excellent cook, but using these ovens has been a nightmare.

So quiet!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So happy we bought this new double oven to replace what was original to the house. And even tho there was nothing wrong w/our previous 2005 Kitchen Aid double oven, it was time to upgrade, since we purchased new appliances: dishwasher, cooktop, microwave.. . The new oven is more sleek looking and so much quieter than the previous/older model; you can barely tell it’s on unless the chimes start to sound! It’s so modern looking my kids were very impressed with the new design of the front glass door-they compared it to a huge flat screen tv! we’ve gotten a lot of “wows!” from people when they walk into our kitchen...

Glad we waited
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two years ago we moved to a new home. We had a double oven in our new home but only the bottom oven worked. We called in the repairman and he quoted me some outrageous price to repair it. It took me only a second to realize that I really wanted a new one( I knew my wife would not be happy with a repaired oven. It took us nearly a year looking at various models and finally finding one that was exactly what we were looking for and at a reasonable price. As soon as the the Pandemic allows us we will have all of my wife's family over to share some new dishes that her new oven has inspired her test.

Baking impossible with convection
For more than 40 years I have enjoyed baking—Breakfast biscuits, dinner rolls, pies, cakes and even specialty desserts, such as the traditional French Buche de Noel. Unfortunately, in the last 5 years (since buying my new home that had a double convection wall oven, I have had nothing but one failure after another. Baked goods are either burned (on the bottom) or doughy.
I researched to find out if I can turn off or disable the convection ‘feature,’ but it’s not doable. So, I’ve given up—why waste my time and money?!? I’m trying to convince my husband to replace the unit with a non-convection double oven.
HATE convection!!!!

Even heat means that it heats the entire house
Bought this oven and first it was the self cleaning that smoked the house. Then I realized that every time I use the oven it heats the kitchen and the entire house. I have to keep doors and windows open or we will all begin sweating. I made fish last week so it broiled for 15 min and the bottom oven was on for 20 min. We had to leave the kitchen it was so hot. Even the wood floor turns warm. I would never suggest this product and I would love to return it but it is past the 30 days. Kitchen Aid told me to talk with the legal department, I just want a new oven!

I love my ovens
We bought these to replace older GE ovens that had malfunctioned. I love these new ovens! Never mind how beautiful they are (and they are) inside and out, the features are great. The convection works like a dream, and the ovens are very quiet - quieter than my old non-convection unit. I smile very time I use them, and I find myself seeking out dishes that will have me using both ovens and all the features. I have used every feature at this point, and haven't found much that I'd change.
