Not sure how to post a photo but mounts easily as per instructions. I actually placed mine just beside the door frame (on the door from the kitchen to the living room). Didn't want it too close to the stove in case I couldn't access it. My daughter keeps hers under the sink and I think that is a terrible place - most sinks are close to the stove and it could be that you wouldn't be able to reach it plus there is enough stuff under the sink. I guess you could place it inside a cupboard...but would grandparents, babysitters, friends all know it was in a cupboard - out of sight out of mind and then of no value. You'll be surprised how quickly you don't even notice it mounted on the wall (if you were worried about your decor).
