Ensemble de grattoirs en acier est évalué 3.0 de 5 de 10.
Rated 3 de 5 de par Good idea poor design I have used the spyder floor scrapers many times. They work very well and can save you a lot of time. Unfortunately the design of the blade itself lends it to easily break off at its weak point- the skinny part that first sticks out of the bit holder in your reciprocating saw. Doing a typical bathroom floor may take two to four blades by the time you are done with all the breakage. These blades need to be redesigned so that the motion of the saw is in line with the narrow part of the blade. As you apply pressure you are bending the blade and it is brittle enough that it soon breaks. Great product if you don't mind spending $30 to scrape up one bathroom and don't mind changing blades! I have not used the grout scraper but it will break much less often due to the blade design. 3 way cutting blade also a good idea but at around ten dollars each probably not worth it for a tradesman.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Not your best option for thinset mortar removal After doing our best to pull up the thinset mortar along with our tile, we still had some residue left behind in spots. Didn't want to drop the $60+ on renting a tool plus attachments, so I thought i'd try an option for something i already had laying around - a sawzall. Thinset didn't chip away as expected, instead it just kept skimming away the top layer of material. I stayed vigilant with my angle and speed, but to no avail. Sawzall blades aren't really meant to bear a load at this angle...snapped both blades after about 20 minutes of work, right at the blade receptacle. These may be an ok alternative if you have less than 10 square feet of tile work to clean up, but go for an air chisel, oscillating tool scraper, or industrial floor sander if you've got a big DIY job. ...and good luck digging the broken tip out of the sawzall.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Good concept, AWFUL design! Just like the other reviewer, I had problems with the blades breaking. They do save a lot of time versus hand-scraping, but you can't put ANY pressure on them or the blade will break at the saw coupling. I broke all three of mine. Definitely need a re-design!

Rated 5 de 5 de par Worked great for removing laminate from concrete Worked great for removing laminate tile from concrete in basement. The room is about 12x20 ft and it took an hour to get it all up . Didn't damage the concrete floor at all. I will have to reshaparpen it with a file before I use it again.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Spyder scraper Broken 15 min into chipping up peell and stick tile on a smooth cement floor. Good idea bad quality..

Rated 4 de 5 de par worked for me After many hours on my knees scraping up old tile glue that had been on the floor for 25 years these blades were a blessing! they are a little hard to get used to using. There is a learning cure involved. yes they did break--but i simply ground the old blades shanks to fit my saw and kept on using them. worked on sixty square feet of bathroom fairly quickly.

Rated 3 de 5 de par good enough for $20 I needed to scrape a 10x12 wall-to-wall carpet up off a concrete basement floor, that had been glued down ca. 1975. I initially bought a "floor scraper" for the job, but that wasn't going to cut it. so I ended up with the reciprocating saw attachment, and used the large blade to scrape the glued carpet pad up, which worked fairly well, and fairly quickly, until I put too much pressure on the stem of the blade and it broke. The mid-size blade actually worked better, until it kicked back and broke the connector piece on the sawsall. I blame myself as much as the quality of the tool; I was trying to save my knees and stand up to do the job, which probably was half the problem. The guys coming to refinish the floor finished the scraping job for me (with their own, much more effective professional tool, I might add). If I had more to do on my own, I would buy this tool again. If using this tool, definitely be aware of the kickback potential - that was another reason I was standing, to keep the blade away from my knees when it kicked back.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Vinyl Removal Works pretty well for clean up after glue removal with acetone. It is tedious and the blade don't last long if you try to remove glue and backing dry. I think these blades would be excellent for tile removal.
