This is a budget attic ladder, but I wanted a steel ladder rather than wood.
Not as deluxe as some, but it installed easily and is very sturdy with a 10' ceiling. The height adjust about 2.5 inches. Installation instructions are poor, and confusing. But the install is easy. I bolted it to the joists rather than screwed.

Good value for the money
Relatively easy to install for this type of product. Feels quite sturdy and solid when climbing - very comfortable. Two issues that prevented a 5-star rating: One is that the packaging needs to be better. The framing was damaged in a couple of spots during transit. Basically the wood was split off next to the rabbet for the door in a couple of places. It's nothing structural, but if you wanted a perfect neat look around the edges, you would probably care. For my purpose, I decided that it didn't matter enough to warrant shipping it back and potentially getting a similarly damaged unit. It's minor, but slightly annoying that they couldn't pack it better to protect it in transit. Secondly, I bought the 30"x54" version but the ladder looks like the same width as all the other models. There's at least 4" of wasted space on either side of the ladder, which is quite a lot of wasted space. I built my garage with a wide attic opening to allow larger bulkier items to go up there. Wider ladder treads would be useful when putting such items up rather than being forced to always walk in the middle by those unnecessarily narrow treads. In any case, still a good ladder, but with a few small modifications could be much better.

Good value for the money and largest opening.
I installed this a week ago and it is working well. Steps/ladder is good balance between strength and weight. Only have two complaints: 1. They should figure out a way to fasten the hatch during shipping - the side frame was split when shippers put it on its side. 2. Not clear that it doesn't have a seal between the hatch door and the frame.
