La tête de la pomme de douche MasterClean(MC) est facile à nettoyer afin d'empêcher l'accumulation de minéraux, comme le calcaire. Cette douche téléphone fournit un débit maximal de 7,57 l/min (2 gal/min). Raccord NPSM de 1/2 pouce. Comprend un boyau de 60" (1,52 m) ainsi qu'un support pour la douche téléphone. Do not buy this shower head
We brought it home installed it and the plastic sleeve leaked on the ball head. It has plastic ends and plastic hoses. In short, it all cracks and was cracked. You can not sufficiently tighten it without a problem. We are now ordering off of Amazon a brass swivel head and a decent hose. That will add about t30 dollars to this purchase. Do not believe that because it is "Kohler" it is quality. IT isn't . IT is junk.

TOTAL JUNK, DO NOT BUY!!!
Purchased 05/30/17. Total junk. entire thing is made of cheap plastic. Cheap plastic tube that does what it wants. Does not stay in the clip and moves around because of cheap plastic tube doing what it wants. TOTAL JUNK!!! I usually check reviews, but I trusted the Kohler name, never again. It's going back tomorrow!!!

Bought due to the Kohler name
Bought due to the Kohler name but it's poor quality. The hose is inflexible plastic and the wand does not sit snugly in the stand. It's not worth $10. Should be pulled from the shelves.

I would not buy this unit again
The experience at Lowes is always good. It's the product that I purchased that did not meet expectations. The connector hose sprung a leak right off. Next the swivel head sprung a leak. In the end I would have saved money by buying the unit that cost twice as much and would not have wasted time and energy for the cheaper one.

Sadly, it comes with a plasitc hose
The shower head is okay. The water comes out very softly though, haven't found a setting for harder water flow. The handle is a little slippery when wet - seems an obvious issue for a *shower head*. It installed without problem. But sadly, it comes with a stiff bent plastic hose that would not work with the shower caddie, or really *ever* since the bend in the hose stuck out so far. I used the metal hose from the old shower head and threw the new one away. I will not buy this two part product again because of the hose and the lack of grip on the handle. Wish I had read the reviews
I wish I had read the reviews before spending money on this terrible product. Just moved in to a new home and left my old “generic” hand held shower sprayer at the old home. We had wanted to purchase another brand but the local Lowe’s was out of stock so purchased this based on the Kohler name. Terrible mistake. This is an over priced piece of plastic. I don’t know who decided to encase the metallic? Hose in thick plastic but this was a terrible idea. Now the hose has a mind of it’s own. You can’t position it at all.
My suggestion is to just pass this by and buy the least expensive shower head available. It has to be better than this one. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Koehler, not what I expected
Planning on returning this unit. The non flexible hose is made look like a segmented flex hose. It is short, not flexible and a real pain. Showers are meant for relation...not frustration. Kohler makes better units. I will upgrade to another unit.

WORST SHOWERHEAD I'VE EVER OWNED
Was hoping this would be good because of Kohler name. Hose is short and not flexible. Worse thing is the pressure. Even at full spray there is not enough pressure. The water spray is limp and is so soft you can barely feel it. So soft it feels like sprinkling rain. I like a showerhead with firm spray. This isn't it. I've had store brands that were better. Just a piece of junk with Kohler name on it. Disappointed in Kohler for selling this. Wish I had saved the box I would return it to Lowes store. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
