It looks nice but it doesn't work as promised.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been fans of KitchenAid for a very long time but this induction range and the poor response from KitchenAid/Whirlpool regarding service has ruined our good feelings. We had this $3,000 range for less than a month and the oven stopped working correctly leaving us unable to use it for the entire Thanksgiving holiday. The control panel went bad and we were without it again during the entire Memorial Day holiday. The customer service team doesn't follow up. We've spend endless hours trying to get help. I'm sorry to say the company isn't the fine company it once was.

Love range but is noisy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Looks great and works great but induction is noisy. Love having the controls on top of the stove instead of on the front so that the kids don't accidentally press any buttons. Like the feature where it turns itself off if something boils over. Like all the alerts that let you know if you have left the stove on. The only real complaint is that the noise level on the induction stove top is really loud. I know they all make noise but it seems louder when compared to induction stoves that I have seen at friends houses. Noise is buzzing and clicking (see video: https://vimeo.com/235674145)

You’ll be glad you did
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My electric range was getting unreliable. The eyes were erratic so things would burn or not cook. This was my second top of the line electric that left me frustrated. I was seriously considering goin to gas which would have required a tank & plumping
a gas line in the house. when I went shopping the salesman mentioned induction & I’m what’s that? Well a new set of cookware & this stove have completely changed our cooking in a positive way. Instant control of heat on eyes, timers for each eye. Dual ovens. I couldn’t be happier. Only thing is the oven is a little slower to reach temp than my electric.

Great, if you don't care about cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I LOVE the range except the Aqualift cleaning feature. I went into this purchase with my eyes open having read other reviews. Everything else about this range is fantastic!! The cleaning is horrible. I cannot believe that the test lab actually cleaned this oven themselves. This is worse than the pre self clean days because they do not allow E-Z-Off oven cleaner. All you have is elbow grease. In addition, the oven cavity is so large, I cannot reach the back wall of the oven to clean it. Bottom line is that you better clean after each and every splatter or you will never get the grease off.

Gets WAY too hot on the outside
I was so excited for this model; I planned my whole kitchen around it. Once I turned it on, though, I was horrified by how hot it gets on the outside: near the handles, on the door, and on the top. After numerous repair calls, Whirpool / Kitchen Aid says that "it's supposed to be that way" and can get up to 160* on outside. Apparently it's from the door vent, which is a super poorly designed idea. 160* is way too hot. Too hot for my dog, too hot for kids, too hot for me. This is going back, and I'm super bummed about it because I have 3 other appliances I bought because I loved the range so much, and now they're not going to match. Also super surprised that no other reviewers have mentioned this!

Great Looking Appliance with Solid Results
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow. This range looks amazing. The gas burners take some getting used to because the front burners burn really hot. It takes no time to boil water but makes using the front burners a bit of an art for any thing else. I am sure we'll get used to it. The oven seems to have some areas that are hotter than others when not using convection, but it also may be user error. The self-cleaning oven is a little bit disappointing because it doesn't help if you need to use it for Passover - still need to kasher the oven manually. Overall, we're very happy despite the learning curve and self-cleaning issue.

Love/Hate
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros
- The induction cooktop is wonderful
- The primary oven is very good
- Having a secondary oven is very helpful
- The styling is very attractive
- The free 12-piece cookware is great
Cons
- The cooktop controls were designed without any regard to usability. It takes multiple, error-prone steps to use them. This is a big con.
- Three of the four burners are small and it is not possible to use two large pots simultaneously.
- AquaLift self cleaning is completely without merit.
- The baking drawer is quite small and only takes very short pans.

Great looking stove, easy to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got this stove a few weeks ago, so remains to be seen how it holds up but it looks beautiful - very sleek and professional and is easy to use for both myself (a total novice cook/baker) and my husband (a professional chef). We haven't tried out all the features yet but the basics we love - especially having the electric convection oven and gas stovetop. Have not heard great reviews about the self-cleaning feature but we haven't tried it yet ourselves. We are happy with the look, features and quality for the price - it operates like a professional range at a mid-range price.
