La surface de cuisson à induction porte l'eau à ébullition 50% plus rapidement ques les cuisinières électriques traditionnelles et ne chauffe que les batteries de cuisine et leur contenu, gardant la surface inutilisée froide et sécuritaire. L'option de nettoyage rapide à la vapeur désincruste les résidus tenaces sur les grilles et les parois. À la fin du cycle, un simple coup de chiffon suffit à récurer le tout, aucun produit chimique n'étant nécessaire. There is a discrepancy with the model number. It comes up as a gas range and the reviews are also mentioning gas but it's supposed to be electric induction? Which is it?

Started out well but....
Bought in November, looks great, fits well.Induction burners don't seem to be consistent across the entire cook space. Cool areas at the rear of the burners. That said, easy to manage the heat, pans heat quickly and water boils quick. Oven is huge and cooks very evenly. Air fry doesnt seem to do much, just like a regular bake cycle it seems. Now the bad...first self clean today caused a heat shield in the door to drop out of place beween the glass and the oven light stopped working. Very disappointed given teh price point. Will see how Frigidaire responds to the issues

Auto-sizing not working
I have just installed my Gallery induction range and it seems that the auto sizing element feature is not working. At first I thought it might be something related to my pan (e.g. too large) so I purchased a high-quality formed iron pan and tested it out. The center 4" of the pan heats up but the rest does not. This is super dissapointing because my old coil oven would have done a better job at heating my pan than this expensive induction. I can only hope that this is a manufacturing issue that will be resolved ASAP; otherwise I will be returning the stove and looking for an alternative.

Jusqu’à maintenant c’est excellent
We just bought it for two reason, first induction and second AirFry... it’s amazing how il est impressionnant de voir la rapidité de l’ébullition de l’eau! Nous avons essayé l’option AirFry (pour des frites) et elles étaient croustillantes à souhait. Par contre nous sommes déçus que le plateau à friture readycook ne soit pas inclus (il est inclus dans le modèle électrique professional electric pcfe307caf...). Comme AirFry fait parti du concept vendu il devrait y être inclus et non en option. Nous allons devoir en acquérir un pour profiter pleinement de la fonction airfry

Worst puchase ever
Our old GE profile oven died just softer Xmas so we needed a new gas stove. Had heard about the air fryer stove so bought it. Tried the air fryer mode and so much smoke all fire alarms went off.we then bought a Thor 600 com range vent.still with that mode alarms go off. We have given up on air fry mode even though that is why we bought it. Tried wings again in regular oven mode and alarms still go off. This has never happened with any other ovens we have had over a 45 year period. It is the worst oven we have ever had and I want it returned

Perfect range
We absolutely love this range. We had an non-induction electric range prior to this. Induction gives me much more control over the heat since the pots respond to any changes almost instantly. They also get hot incredibly fast. No more waiting around.
The oven is also great. The air fry feature performs as advertised. The first night we made some air fried chicken without oil and it came out super crispy.
Lastly, it looks amazing in our kitchen. So happy with this purchase.

Panne induction apres 15 Jours seulement
Panne induction du coté droit après 15 jours. Presque 3 mois d attente pour la réparation.
L induction est rapide, le four également.
Le bruit des ventilateurs (convection + refroidissement circuit) est assez gênant.
De vrais boutons seraient plus pratiques et rapides que la fonction "touch". L avantage ici, c est que c est moins salissant. La finition n est pas irréprochable (ex: tiroir du bas un peu croche).

I just got this stove , all works very well except the large element seems to take forever to boil a pot of water compared to the smaller less powerful elements , the large front element is supposed to be 3600 watts compared to the smaller elements at 2800 watts , a large pot of water will not boil full bubbles like the smaller elements, what a shame

Air fry feature not designed well
Excellent stove except the air fry feature. It causes some much smoke in the house even with skinless boneless chicken breasts. The tray is a pain plus you have to line a cookie sheet with tin foil to catch the drips but the drips still happen on the window when putting the food in and out of the stove. Major pain to use!
