Beautiful!
I just recently moved into my first home and I had it built to accommodate a wine fridge in the kitchen. This model was chosen by the builder and I couldn't be happier with it. It looks beautiful with my cabinets and fits in between them quite nicely. I love how it looks from the outside and how it lights up inside. The only negative I have with it (and it is a very small one), is it can be loud at times when cycling. I need to reread the manual and see if there is a way to change this though. Otherwise, very happy with it! I definitely suggest buying it. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Everyone Flocks to this Fridge
We renovated our kitchen and went with ALL Kitchenaid appliances with industrial handles. Our kitchen opens up into our dining room with bar and despite its higher price, we wanted it to match the kitchen appliances. No regrets as it serves its purpose in style and everyone always comments on the wood drawer faces and we no longer have to keep our wine in our kitchen or garage refrigerator. Only negative is the wine bottles are TIGHT - I haven't tested if it will truly hold 48 bottles, but some bottle labels get scuffed do to closeness of drawers when opening/closing. Not a deal breaker, but felt it should be mentioned. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Some pretty good features
I bought this to replace an older model Kitchenaid wine cooler. I like the digital controls on this model better. I like that it has automatic settings and that it has an auto-on light feature. I like that the bottom rack actually slides out like all the other racks. (It didn't do that in the old model.) I don't like that most champagne bottle don't seem to fit. (Too little space between shelves.) Also you can't really hold as many bottles as advertised unless you buy all the same brand that all nest perfectly together. Given the variety of bottle shapes, it's often impossible to ft more that there or four bottles on a single shelf/rack. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Beware of dimensions...
This is a great looking wine refrigerator but it does not fit under a standard counter height. Most kitchen counters are 34" high and this wine cooler requires over 35". Unless you have a custom counter height, it will likely not fit. I didn't realize this until I had already purchased it. Luckily, I was able to return it and exchange for something else. Kitchenaid should pay more attention to this detail. I wanted a wine cooler to match my other Kitchenaid appliances but it was not possible. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Great dual zone wine refrigerator
We looked at several models of wine refrigerators. This one had all the features we were looking for and was priced competitively. It’s a best value if you're looking for a dual zone model. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

regret this purchase every day!
This is a horribly loud appliance. It is louder than my dehumidifer, dishwasher, dryer, washer, dishwasher and refrigerator. It runs more often than my refrigerator, which I open about 1,000 times more per day and is 4 times as large. Wine cannot be loaded as claimed, so only about 1/3 as many bottles fit in it as Kitchenaid says. Kitchenaid is trying to hoodwink people by offering a sweepstakes for good reviews. Do NOT buy this! Looks great, works great, could be roomier
I think the wine cellar looks great and really compliments our house. It works well and maintains a good temperature. I like the functions is provides such as an alarm when the door is left open and the temperature in the refrigerator drops. The only issue I have is that my favorite wine comes in bottles that have a wide base. They are too large for the shelves and the shelves are not adjustable. To fit the bottles in I had to remove the bottom shelf and stack several bottles on the bottom of the refrigerator. The shelf was easy to remove but I'm disappointed the refrigerator doesn't take into account larger sized bottels. Still, I'm happy with the function of the unit and would otherwise recommend it. I'm more frustrated with the winery for using an unusually shaped bottle. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
