We bought this in hopes to eliminate our Kuerig Coffee Appliance. Turns out, that option on the GE drug is lack luster and we have had to replace the first cartridge. The second cartridge works better but it is not 100% reliable. It is about 70% reliable. With the inconsistency in the Kuerig Cartridge on the GE Refrigerator, We opted to keep our appliance out all of the time as we never really know we are going to get a cup of coffee. We talked to the service person on this and we did what he and the manufacture recommended, we are still at 70%, reliability. We wouldn't recommend this product, if hoping to have a great option for the coffee.

We just got this unit today yet my confidence is high on it's performance. After a long search we finally settled on this GE model for several reasons. First and foremost is the interior LED lighting. GE is on point with how their LED lighting is directional and shielded making this refrigerator possible for people with sensitive eyes. Second, the Keurig feature is perfect for us. It's not our main provider of coffee but does give anyone that option for a flavored coffee or just avoiding to make a pot for the desire a cup of coffee. And most important, keeping your Keurig properly clean is easy. As I said, this is day one but my confidence is high.

Almost perfect!
Love the fridge. The lighting is the best I’ve ever seen in a refrigerator. Love the precise fill. The Keurig works perfectly. The inside of the refrigerator is gorgeous, love the counter depth. I like to be able to see just what I have. That way things don’t get lost and then go bad. Far less spills as well since the kids can’t just cram stuff in. The freezer is wonderful. Keeps my ice cream sandwiches at the perfect temp for the correct consistency. The only thing I would change is the ice maker, I always end up with ice on the floor no matter what I do, I even hold my cup all the way up. The door space was perfectly designed. The fridge looks very lovely in my kitchen!

Perfect performance
I bought this a couple months ago. It does exactly what it's supposed to do, and has wonderful features. Among others, I love the alarm feature that allows you to set a bell to go off if someone leaves the door open too long, and with the push af a button turn off the alarm if you actually NEED the door open. (Whenever I want something now, it seems colder than it did before - maybe because others in the house are prompted to close the door!?!). The only problem occurred on the first day; the water dispenser seemed to drip after discontinuing the process, but that that fixed itself by the second day. Love this frig!!

Love This!
I purchased this product 3 years ago. The Kerig feature did not come with, but the hot water dispenser works beautifully. I live in Hawaii where electric bills are outrageous, so I bought energy efficient appliances. This refrigerator is the best energy saver! Also has a great ice maker, makes very little noise, extremely roomy for the smaller size. Door space is awesome! The long bottom drawer is versatile and can be used for produce, cheese, etc.... Even the humid Hawaii climate has not rusted the stainless steel, which is unheard of here. Will be building another house soon, so please, please do not discontinue this Frig. I want another one!

Great refrigerator. Keurig feature overrated, tho
Have had this about one month now and love the refrigerator/freezer.
Only two complaints so far. The freezer door opens "wonky," meaning that if you don't grab the handle in the middle, it will not open/close properly. Tends to tilt to the left or right, depending on which side of the handle you are pulling/pushing. Have to work at it to get it to close evenly.
Secondly, the Keurig feature is a bit disappointing. Water tends to leak out around the seal between the refrigerator door and the Keurig capsule. Also takes longer to heat up than a standard Keurig coffeemaker. So my wife and I tend to bypass the refrigerator Keurig and go straight to our Keurig coffeemaker.

Our fridge broke on 12/5/16 and we had 2 different ones to be delivered and both called and one was damaged and the other was no longer available. Then we found this one on sale at a great price. My husband fell in love with the Kurig coffee brewer. this fridge is so quiet we don't know it's there.
the ice and water are wonderful, no problems. The freezer has a ton of space. I had read so many reviews of other brands and different models, so many complaints about bad ice makers, ice all over the floor, noisy ice makers and other things. We experienced none of these problems so far and really don't expect to The inside light is great and the door bins are strong, so are the glass adjustable shelves.

An Unreliable Disaster
We bought this less than 2 years ago when our house was built. The Café series had good reviews, so we splurged. What a mistake! We had 2 service calls the first 6 months when it stopped cooling. Now a year later the whole thing has shut down with a mechanical smell. I have no confidence whatsoever in the reliability of this product and am petitioning for a complete replacement. Three failures in it's first 2 years shouts "lemon" to me. I'm tired of throwing out good food and mopping up the inside. Thank goodness we have been home all 3 times.
