Loved it when it worked...
When it worked, it was great. 1 1/2 years into it, the motherboard fried. Guess what? Warranty only good for one year. Cost to replace - $525 + $89 for initial diagnosis.

Had to select one star.
Utterly disappointed in any company that charges this much for a produce but builds it to only last 3 or 4 years if your lucky. Faded display and then went out all together. Dead. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

The Bosh built in convection microwave has a defect. The black readout panel cannot be adjusted for brightness. You cannot see any information on the panel. The appliance is useless. The repair requires replacement of the mother board. There is no simple fix such as replacing a light. Bosh is aware of the defect. For those living in central Louisiana, there is no appliance repair service authorized and willing to perform the diagnostic or repair. Bosh will not accept a diagnostic that has been performed on my appliance from a repair service that is not authorized by Bosh. Upon spending two months attempting to gain assistance from Bosh to repair my microwave, the bottom line is: Bosh is not willing to provide the assurance that the part will in turn be provided to a non authorized service center. This has been a very expensive and time consuming effort. Before purchasing your appliance, please research and learn from information online regarding this convection microwave. I am not the only customer who has been disappointed with this convection microwave and by Bosh customer service.

Very disappointed. Purchased the 800 series 3 years ago, 13 months in the motherboard fried and now after 3 years of ownership there is another major issue. unfortunately we purchased the built in oven as well. Only selected 1 star because 0 was not an option.

Do not buy
It has broken 3 times in 3 years. Door switch, and display is faded- can't see the numbers.

DO NOT BUY!
Installed 4 yrs ago. Had the control panel replaced last year (warranty had expired), within a year it has stopped working again. Do not buy!
