Description

Le barbecue à granules de bois EX6 SmokeFire de Weber possède un espace de cuisson double avec une surface de cuisson principale de 1008 po². Sa plage de température de 200 à 600 °F lui donne la polyvalence pour saisir des steaks juteux et des burgers, fumer des côtes levées, cuire des tartes et encore plus! Il peut contenir jusqu'à 22 lb de granules et son fini noir en porcelaine émaillée aide à prévenir la rouille et les fissures. De plus, il est également doté de la technologie intelligente Weber Connect.

Rated 2 de 5 de par Not Weber Quality! I was really excited about this new Weber Pellet Grill. I owned a Firewalker and though it had some design issues that the Weber EX6 seemed to address I went ahead and gave away my Firewalker and purchased the Smokefire. Pros that I like that my old cooker couldn't deliver: Larger cook capacity, shorter Auger, WIFI, Weber name. Unfortunatly, I am dissappointed about some new issues: Hopper doesnt feed, Ash and grease build up, I need to clean after every cook, and I have to push the pellets down to keep the cook going. Not what I expected from a Weber product. Might look to return.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Junk This thing is a piece of junk. All the heat/flame points to the right side of the grill. Right flavorizer bars are charred/discolored, while the left side looks like new. Ash gets blown everywhere inside this grill EXCEPT into the ash collection tray. Pellets get hung up in the feeder and stop going into the auger. Totally useless. Weber on the phone has had no useful suggestions, although my ticket remains open. The retailer I bought this at refuses to take it back or give me store credit. Look on youtube before you buy, no one is happy with this thing.

Rated 1 de 5 de par It’s a sad day As a long time a Weber fan, with four other Weber appliances in the backyard, it pains me to say that the SmokeFire, at this stage, is a fail. The EX6 is my fourth pellet grill. Working in high tech, I can (begrudgingly) appreciate software issues that would invariably improve over time. Unfortunately, the SmokeFire seems to have some key design oversights. These primarily seem to be the ash and grease management system, the hopper, and the pit (right side much higher temperature than the left). I’m at a loss.

Rated 4 de 5 de par Wonderful Grill - poor APP I just did a real quick cook last night to test out the SmokeFire EX6. So far for a chicken I just put together real quick to test grill out - this was amazing. Gave me a taste very comparable to a stick burner. I will say the app is not ready yet - I think they just kicked the app out just to say they have a app. - Very disappointing, but Weber if you are listening - I would love to be a tester for any up coming updates on App and I will make sure I give you true feed back for the app . Other then the app, I would have gave this grill 5 stars - but again the grill is amazing

Rated 1 de 5 de par Nothing but issues, uneven heat Bought the week it came out against my better judgment. Right side is much hotter than left at all temps, randomly shuts off, takes forever to heat up... Can forgive early iteration app being bad but the grill itself just doesn't work well. Did email weber but not heard back yet. I gave my propane grill to a neigbour to make room for the EX6 and it's barely usable so far, very disappointing.

Rated 3 de 5 de par Worth the minimal problems Pre-ordered this from a big box store. Setup was easy. Packages nicely where everything was secure. Made some of the juiciest smoked meats that I've ever had. This is not my first time smoking since I used to use a electric box smoker. Made enough for for 25 people with extra going home for leftovers. That being said...I have the"bridging" of the pellets every smoke which makes me get up thought the night when doing low and slow. The panel has also frozen twice where it needs a complete shutdown and 15 minute wait time to restart. It is by far, though, one of the easiest to use and best in the market in my opinion.

Rated 1 de 5 de par Great initial build quality but a boat anchor Bought this and waited with much anticipation as we pre-ordered. Watched all the YouTube videos of the issues and thought being forewarned would be enough. The system won’t update and the app won’t pair with the grill. The app keeps indicating that the Bluetooth isn’t on so Weber needs to fix the app before I can’t ever hope to pair to grill and that’s if it ever updates. It is sitting next to my main router so that should be an issue. Have high speed internet as well. The suggestion on Weber site is after reboot if still unsuccessful navigate menu to factory reset. Not available in the menus.

Rated 5 de 5 de par First Cooks with SmokeFire EX6, arrived as scheduled in perfect condition. I would recommend assembling in the area where the grill is going to be kept. Burn in went smoothly. Grill came up to 600 in about 12 minutes. First cook was a whole chicken— using a drip pan to catch the greece. Cooked at 375. Since then I’ve smoked venision Meatloaf, babyback ribs, lamb chops, burghers and some beef sticks. All went good, I would say that I would use a drip pan on all greasy cooks. Found that most of the recipies I used on my old smoker are recommended 25-50 degrees hotter on the SmokeFire which did not seem to dimish the smoke absorbed by the food.
