Description

Greatest product I never knew existed
We needed to install a valance from one manufacturer atop four wood-slat blinds from another manufacturer, and the valance clips didn't fit the blinds' headers. We did an online search for Velcro and discovered this "industrial strength" product. Quick, easy, inexpensive solution--and now we're seeing other uses for this product, too. We highly recommend it!
Not only was the product easy to use, but we ordered online for pick-up at the store. By the time we arrived, it was available at the front desk. Very speedy service!

Good Product
I have been using this width and other widths along with 3m automotive tape for on the inside of my garage door. I have only been using the loop side of the product . The reason I used 3M tape was to make sure that the Velcro would stay on the garage door.
I came up this idea of using Velcro after the garage door put two deep scratches on the bumper of my truck. Now I'll have to have the bumper repainted.
My truck barely fits in my garage. So if I do not back the truck into the garage pretty square, the inside of the garage door sometimes scrapes the front bumper. With soft side of the Velcro on the inside portions of the garage door and hinges, any slight contact with the bumper of my truck will not leave scratch marks.

Good!
I used this tape to hang a surge protector under a window sill (on the apron portion under the stool). It is hung horizontally. The surge protector itself is not very heavy, but its cord is heavy and very stiff and cumbersome. The surge protector normally has 3-4 items plugged in, and the velcro tape is working very well to hold it up. I am pleasantly surprised. I followed the directions and allowed 24 hours for the tape to cure after I applied it to both the window sill and the surge protector. I used about 11 inches of the tape, so I have over 3 feet left to use for other projects.

VERY STRONG VELCRO
My golden retriever puppy chewed the zipper off his dog bed and I want to fix it with something other than a new zipper. So I found this Industrial Strength Velcro at Lowes and decided to give it a try. It was very easy to use and has worked great! My dog has not chewed on the bed any more and it holds together very well!!!! I have not washed the dog bed cover that the velcro is attached to so I am not sure of the results after washing....but so far so good!

This stuff really sticks and holds.
Used to attach a plastic tray to my window sill (to make it wide enough to hold a flower pot). Also used to hang lightweight decorative mirrors on my metal bifold closet doors. Haven't lost a mirror in the 5 years plus since I put them up, and the tray is holding very well so far.

Sometimes you just need to use Velcro!
It's Velcro, easy to use and it works great. This is normal grade Velcro and good for most uses except those where it would be exposed to extremes in temperature. I use it to mount my garage door opener on my motorcycle. Works great though the bike is kept in the garage when not riding.

depends on what your using it for
The sticky backing is much weaker than the velcro bond, sooo if you want to break this velcro bond to remove an item then you will more than likely pull the sticky side off the wall. If your going to hang something that will never come apart or be moved it will work great.

I needed to hold some screen up in my greenhouse and this did the trick. I used Slicon sealant to hold it on! The velcro holds great!
