Can the shower cap be removed from the watering can spout?

Functional, convenient and not heavy, good price
With planters and the heat we are getting, these three watering cans come in handy. Any time you sense dryness in the soil or wilt in the annuals, just pick up a can to water the planters. No need to pull a hose out of the garage to water. Or move a parked car in the garage to access the hose reel and water faucet. Fill water at the laundry tub and add two scoops of Miracle Gro. You will be amazed at the number and size of the Geranium flowers and the lushness of the potato vines. The ones I have even produce light purple flowers. I have two watering cans at the right and left side of my garage (in shade so water is not heated by the sun) and one on the deck in the backyard where I have four Marigold planters. Oh, only fill the cans during the 7 pm to 7 am off peak hours where water is cheapest then. The price is great versus Home Depot. Do your research first ...
