Adaptateur pour bordure de toit est évalué 3.0 de 5 de 3.
Rated 4 de 5 de par This saved me loads of time on sloped fascia The first few were a bit difficult to put in, and I made a lot of holes. After that, I developed a system and was successful. These hangers make the job a bit clunky, but the real issue is the slant on the fascia. So you just need to install one hanger successfully, at the right level, with one these hangers in place and then remove it. Measure where the hole is in relation to you snap line, and you are golden. Also, use longer screws. I used 3 inch deck screws and that allowed me to screw the screw about an inch to an inch and a half past the hanger to put some pressure on the hole where I want to screw into the fascia (if that makes sense). Once this challenge was overcome, the rest went in fine. Beats cutting a bunch of wooden wedges and having to prime them (really adds a lot of time to your DIY job and I usually only have my weekends to get this done). Hope this helps... Rated 4 de 5 de par Other reviews may be incorrect I think these wedges are attached to the back of the gutter... NOT the facial (as other reviews indicate). Then the gutter is attached to the facial using standard gutter hangers. "Ideally" (?) the screw on the hanger should go thru the top hole of the wedge, but I'm not sure how easy that is. Full disclosure, I have not used these wedges, just drawn this conclusion by searching internet and thought other 2 reviews are probably misleading. Rated 1 de 5 de par Just not a good design The design of these hangers leaves much to be desired. To say that it's difficult to screw through the regular hangar, into these hangars, and then into your fascia board would be an understatement. It doesn't seem like it would be that difficult by looking at them on the shelf in the store, but realize that because of the way these (and the accompanying gutter hangars) are designed, you won't be driving a screw perpendicularly into your fascia. You will be driving in at a significant angle, and the likelihood of not getting good purchase into your fascia is high. I skewered my fascia pretty good in a few spots before giving up. If you really wanted to use these, you would need a longer screw (at least 2"), and probably have to drill pilot holes to ensure that the screw goes in where you want it. That would also help keep the whole assembly from shifting down as you drive the screw home. But... ain't nobody got time for that! Once you do have them in, you'll realize that one measly hole at the top of the hangar doesn't actually secure the piece behind the gutter. It rotates fairly easily. I quickly realized that my shed could survive with angled gutters, and saved quite a bit of money by returning these things. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
