Prepare the pallet
- 1.1 - Take the pallet apart.
- 1.2 - Measure and cut the base of the pallet into 2 equal parts, 16" in length.
- 1.3 - Measure and cut 5 pallet planks at 3½"x36".

Build the rack
- 2.1 - Place the pallet base pieces on the ground.
- 2.2 - Put the first plank at the center of the base pieces so that there are 9" on either sides of the base.
- 2.3 - Place 2 planks on either side of the one in the middle so that all 5 are placed on the base.
- 2.4 - Screw the 5 planks into place.

Install the tool hooks
- 3.1 - Using the drill, make 4 evenly spaced holes in the rack so that there is enough length at the bottom to hang various BBQ tools.
- 3.2 - Use the nuts, bolts and handles to build the hooks.
- 3.3 - Install the hooks in the previously drilled holes by adding a bolt at the back.

Decorate and hang the tools
- 4.1 - Decorate the rack if wanted.
- 4.2 - Hang the BBQ tools and get cooking!
