Really poor customer care
This is a great pump.....BUT... after three years of summer use the impeller housing tabs cracked and one broke. I phoned customer care and ordered a new housing, I gave them the correct model number, and date of manufacture. The housing arrived a week later. It does not fit my pump. I phoned customer care back to find out if there had been a mistake. They were going to check into it..... Never got back to me. Phoned again, now they wanted pictures. I sent the pictures they still did not get back to me. I have phoned two more times and still no one knows why the two housings are so different. Really disappointed that no correct parts are available. The pump should last more than three years.

I have only been using the product for about 3 weeks now but so far no complaints. We built a waterfall approximately 4 feet high and the water flow is quite good. We used smaller tubing than what was recommended so I'm sure it would be even better. We did manage to use some PVC piping to alter the output size to fit our 3/4 inch tubing, but I would recommended using the 1 1/2 - 2"like they recommend. Purchased it on sale so it was a good deal.

So far so good!
I installed the unit about a week ago and run it about 12 hours a day. Runs nice and quiet, with a nice flow. The water pops out of the 2" pipe about 6 inches high with a 12' run and 4' elevation.
