Now what do I do?
The expanders won't expand. I've tightened the hook as much as I can to no avail. It just spins rather than screwing in more. Now I have a 3/8 inch hold in the wall and have to find something else to do the job. Thanks Corbra- not!

Would never purchase again
When installing the anchor it snapped into pieces. Very poor quality!
