Piece of absolute, pathetic garbage!
I bought this abomination almost an year ago. It started giving me delayed response about 2-3 months ago. Last week, it completely stopped! So, I bought another identical one a few days ago. Tried every combination of slider switch/DIP switch settings. Does not work with my 2000 model Liftmaster. Of course, I did not make a mistake as I had programmed the previous one successfully. To add insult to injury, their customer service hours suck. I mean the rest of us work for a living! By the time we get home, they are closed - and one has to be at home to be able to troubleshoot this - and they are not open on weekends!!! I emailed them and they sent me a form letter asking me to ship it to them at my expense! Naturally, I am returning this to the point of sale and let Skylink eat it! I will never by Skylink again.

Excellent alternative to old Stanley Garage remote
I have old Stanley garage door remote that used jumpers to set up the frequency. This remote works perfectly and 100% compatible with my old one. Installation took me sometime to understand but the setting it comes with did not need any changes for the brand. So all I had to do out of box was to match the frequency jumper settings. Visor clip works good to hold it in place as well.

Works OK with old Stanley 1/4 HP
Guessing I bought one ten years ago for Stanley opener. Set up easy enough, frequency switch at “D” (310 Hz) seemed a bit off but did the job. On/off switch now died, but will likely get another the same on basis of “ the devil you know.....”

Took 3 minutes to sync with my older, but functional garage door.
