Hi, I wonder if your "Touch 'n Foam Flame Resistant Sealant" (Item#: 308130) is a "BC Building Code" compliant product to be used as a "Fire Stopping" material? Can it be used as to seal joints in a 1 or 2 hour fire-rated wall or ceiling? Thanks

By fire code in Ontario I have to cover the spray foam in my rimjoists in my basement. It’s a hassle to cut out pieces of drywall to cover it all which is what people do. Can I use this stuff instead and still have it pass code?
no most likely as this stuff is actually not a fire break or stop. It is an acceptable solution for protections for residential construction by some city inspectors. You will need to use 5/8 x-type drywall (firerated); plywood/wood that is secured; or easiest if your inspector allows: 5-1/2" of rockwool insulation pushed against the sprayfoam

How many hours is this foam rated at?
Thank you for posting your inquiry. The DAP Touch 'n Foam Fire Break Foam Meets UL 1715, UL 94 V-O, modified ASTM E814 for use as an approved fireblock penetration sealant. This product does not claim an "hourly rating".

Can I use this to insulate exhaust vent for gas heater in garage near drywall

Cured polyurethane foam products are combustible, as such, these products should not be exposed to temperatures above 240°F (116°C), open flames or sparks, nor are they recommend for use in high heat applications.

Gas fire place has air draft that comes in. Hot water line is close to air draft. Installer did not seal the vent properly my hot water line gets frozen when temp is -10 or lower, can I uses this product, as the vent creates heat from the fire place?
Yes. It is fire/heat resistant.

Can I use this to fill the gap around a dryer where it exits the house? Or would that be to warm?

Is this product meet or exceed the OBC when applied in basements
The Ontario Building Code has many sections dealing with polyurethane foam. We do not know which section you are referring to.
