It's low priced for a reason so I can't call it a "complete" waste of money. Cheap particle board, poor measure tolerances for the pre-drilled holes, even poor design for parts. For example: the wall anchor is a simple small bracket, designed so small that it does not give enough room for a small baseboard on the wall. Completely just thrown in the box as an afterthought. Advertised features in the instruction manual (adjustable door hinge heights) aren't even usable due to the poor pre-drilled/component tolerances. Final product has mis-aligned doors that rub against one another depending on how much pressure is applied to the unit. At least with cheap Ikea junk, measurements and details like the anchor are already thought out. My expectations for a potential next South Shore purchase will be set below Ikea quality.
