Screen Spline - 0.16" - Black is rated

Doesn't say in.
It appears the manufacturer has changed the material this has made from. It is now a rather stiff, shiny material that doesn't grip the tracks of the grooves. I have had to order another manufacturer's product off the internet. It is not worth the cheap price.

November of 2012 we had to re-screen (1) of our sliding doors. This spring we needed to re-screen the other 9 screens so I referred to my receipt for the exact screen and spline we used last year. I went online to make our purchases. Our receipt showed 1/8" spine, so that is what I found online and purchased. The package label is .160". When we did the first screen we could barely get the spline in the track. We first decided we needed another spline tool so I went to a local hardware to purchase it. When there I was shown a smaller spline they sell. So we decided to returned the spline and got .140" and went home. It too was difficult to go in the track. Later that week I found the leftover spline from last year and discovered it was a different size .125", so we returned the spline and got .125". Why were all these splines listed online as 1/8"?
