Quality product!
Just received our large, vertical storage shed and because it was properly packaged including plastic wrap, there was no damage to the contents of the shipping container. There were no missing parts and although the assembly instructions were primarily pictures instead of written instructions, we were able to easily assemble the shed with nothing more than a small drill and a manual screw driver. We did not use a power driver due to fear of stripping out the screw holes. After assembly in the garage, we used a two wheel dolly to move it outside to our cement patio and so far - we love our NewellRubbermaild Large Vertical Storage Shed!

Compatible Accessories Impossible to Figure Out
I picked up this shed (1V31) and installed it yesterday. I waited to buy accessories thinking Rubbermaid would have 'accurate' information with the paperwork. Not even close. Going online is a disaster. Nothing is consistent from the model number of the shed to the not-compatible lists. The same terminology and model numbers are not used. Even this Q&A section has a Rubbermaid answer referring to the Storage Shed Accessory Shopping List link...that list doesn't even include the 1V31! No wonder people are making their own designs out of plywood.

Doors need stiffeners
I like rubbermaid. But the doors on this shed need stiffeners. Else, the doors will warp badly. Ruberrmaid's larger shed has the same type of doors and a metal stiffener installed to keep them from warping. The doors on this shed have space for the stiffeners and detents for the screws, but no stiffeners are included. This would be one of Rubbermaid's best sheds if only the stiffeners were included.

not bad, but 1M88 or 2x4 pegboard doesn't fit
takes 2 people to assemble, and we had no problems with any parts or assembly. However, be aware that the inside back wall only measures clearance space of 44.5 inches. A 2x4 piece of pegboard needs to be cut down in order to fit the back wall. The Rubbermaid Sport Utility Rack, 1M88 does NOT fit in the pre-drilled holes on the back wall because of the protrusion of the rack on each end. The only way it will work is if you put up a pegboard, and have the utility rack hang off the pegboard. Other than this, I've no problems with the shed itself. Although I just put it up today, and it is in side my carport.

Recommend
I bought this shed a year ago, and I don't have any complaints. One of the doors started to bow out and I noticed that a pool float was pressing against it. When I adjusted the float, the door went back to normal. It gets So. Cal. sun all day and still looks good. I do recommend that you set it on something to raise above the ground. I put mine on bricks. I saw the negative reviews and had to write this.

Hard to put together
Heard Rubbermaid was a good product. You will need at least 2 people to put this together. The screw holes on the roof and floor you will need to make starter holes with a drill bit it will make things a whole lot easier (found this out the hard way). You need the second person to help put the back on and hold down the roof edges. The doors bowed out - still haven't figured out how to fix it. Overall extremely disappointed.

Disappointed
After assembling the shed all seemed fine. The doors did not catch my eye as being defective. Then the wind blew it off the deck, about 4 feet from its original location. It fell door side down and I was able to flip it over and remove the contents. After righting it I noticed that the doors are warped. It came with 4 clips that are used for shelves. I purchased two Rubbermaid hangers as recommended, 4 brackets, and 2 wooden shelves. I need 4 additional hooks so I can add two more hangers to support the ends of the shelves. I do not seem to be able to find the hooks.
The two issues I have with this item is the warped doors and shelving. Its too tall not to have shelves and without the additional hooks it is pretty much useless.

Not Bad, But Not Great
I bought this unit a couple of years ago because it was the only one I found to fit the space where it stands. I agree with others who stated it should have come with anchors for shelving because I am now on the search for those. The doors are also my biggest concern because the plastic pins that only support the top and bottom are not enough to keep the doors from bowing. I will now install my own hinges to prevent the doors from pushing out, but this is a design flaw that Rubbermaid needs to look at in the future. The shed was not cheap to purchase, but I feel it is a cheap product, and I probably could have built one myself that would have cost the same money without the worry of durability.
