BEWARE
Purchased 4 four of these LED strip lights from Lowe's found 3 cracked badly when I got home, returned the 3 with no problem at Lowe's for exchange. Went through all the store had (18) found all but two cracked in the store. The two I picked up the end connectors were broken once I opened the sealed package, now I had to exchange two more. Noted the store close to my parents house had 25 in stock again found almost all cracked in the package. Great idea just poor quality, poor quality control, found the customer service at both Lowe's stores excellent but why they are selling such poor quality merchandise without having their vendor correcting the defects, quality is not what I expect from Lowe's.

Terrible product, terrible quality - barely lasted
Bought these and installed them a year ago, after barely using them because they are quite dim and do very little. At first they started flashing, then only the blue would work, now only 1 panel lights up. Extremely disappointment after spending over $700 on the LED light system ALONE. 1 year warranty isn't surprising when when they stop working after just 13 months. Totally unacceptable and like I said - extremely disappointing from a brand sold at a "reputable" store like lowes.

Needs improvement...
Think before buying...
The installation is pretty straight forward but is tricky when going through the posts. After all was installed, I realized it did not work... Did some tests, the power supply was deffective. Returned it to grab a new one on the shelf to notice that all boxes are opened. Bought one anyway. Tried it, only half the lights worked. I then noticed some of the light strands were broken (rubbery coating was cracked). Went to exchange that too, and noticed half of the stock on store shelf is also cracked... Carefully chose a strand that looked ok! Tried it... Now power supply or remote worked on two of the three colors and does not turn off., and does not dim
Ripped everything off. Good news, I got a full refund.
This product needs improvement.

Quality level: dumpster fire
Incredible that these things get any companies name stamped on them or sold by any company. Why would you want this trash associated to your brand? First they are a beast to install and thread through the posts. Second you have to jam them up inside the (also trash quality) rubber/plastic gaskets (glass install). The backing doesn't stick half the time and your fingers are bleeding. Third, once you fix all the falling off and twisting inside the gasket to get the glass in, the lights are so weak you basically get a bit of accent lighting down the side of the posts. Over $1000 for 10 panels. Lord help me if the remote goes missing. I regret everything.

Terrible design and quality
Bought this to go along with my new railing. In store demo seemed great and a good alternative to solar or direct wired lighting. First flag was when installing and the sticky tape peeled fully off the back of the lighting so it was not sticky at all. After buying my own mounting tape because it ended up falling off during the night, it seemed to work fine. I followed all guidelines about trying each piece first and not using extension cords ect, only to find out you can not plug it into a timer. Nowhere on the box or instructions is there anything about not using timers. Upon calling the company they stated, "where does it say you can..." I don't think its just me but most plug in lights can be used with timers. Just imagine if the remote breaks and your $1000 lights are now basically garbage. I was advised by the company that i was stuck with the lights and a manager is unlikely to return my call. Great customer service. Update: lowes has agreed to take the lights back. Sad when a supplier will stand behind a product that a manufacturer won't.
