Nice Ratchet
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Craftsman certainly stepped up its game with this ratchet. The polished finish and ergonomic shape lays nicely in my hand. No sharp edges. The smaller head and 120 tooth gear allow for great function in tight spots. The direction lever switches smoothly without catching. The socket release button is low profile so it does not get in your way but functions very well. For 35 years I have used a Craftsman 1/2 inch Teardrop ratchet without complaint. I like the feel and function of this 120T Pear Head even better and expect that it too will provide decades of problem free use. Well done Craftsman!

Pear Head Ratchet 1/2
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gun metal chrome finish on the tool is very nice. It is a very nice tool to add to my tool box. It fit well in my hand and was comfortable while working on my vehicle. The 120 tooth provided a good range of movement even in small spaces. The on and off selector turned nicely from side to side. Only downside I see to this product is it’s country of manufacture. I have many crasftmans tools made in the USA, and I would prefer to have this one made in the USA as well. However many other tools I buy are made overseas as well so it’s not a deal breaker for me. Overall I was pleased and would recommend this product. I would love to review many more products in the future for Craftsman. Thank you, Austin

Really like it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been around 3 weeks since i got this free. The first thing i did was count the teeth they are indeed 120. The force required to move the teeth is also minimal. The gunmetal color is awesome i love it so much. The only bad thing about it is that is a little too short I reckon this is to prevent it from being used in a really high torque as it may damage the teeth, and the fact that i cannot open it to repair or rebuild (as far as i can tell).

120 teeth very helpful
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just did a header swap on my 2010 F150, not a lot of room to work. I bought the whole gun metal kit and the 120 tooth set was a game changer. Sockets and ratchets all held up nicely to oil, pavement, and heat. And with that many teeth at times I could only get in a few clicks but with my ratcheting wrenches that would equate to 1 maybe 2 if I was lucky. Great tools to have, very happy and excited craftsman brand is making a come back.

Amazing ratchet!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this ratchet for a couple weeks and I haven't been able to put it down. The swing arc is so minimal and the handle fits so nicely and comfortably in my hand! It firmly holds the socket onto the tool and I'm not worried about sockets or extensions falling off when working in tighter spaces. This ratchet is going to replace my Snap-On 1/2" drive ratchet that I bought to replace an older Craftsman 1/2" ratchet. I love this tool!

Not a bad ratchet for do it yourself work
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a nice feeling ratchet. It feels heavy-duty. Time and being used will tell of the lasting quality. The bad part is that this 1/2" drive ratchet is nothing more than a palm ratchet. The handle is just to short for leverage. I have a 1/4" ratchet that is longer than this ratchet. Craftsman if people are grabbing for a half inch drive they generally need leverage. The handle is nice and narrow though to accommodate a cheater pipe.
