Description
Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 water-base primer provides outstanding performance indoors and out, with low odour, great flow and levelling and a flexible, acrylic formula. This primer-sealer seals stains and sticks to all surfaces without sanding. It is rusting inhibiting and provides a mould and mildew resistant film. This product dries quickly in 1 hour. White colour. 18.9 L format.
