Description

The white clover tolerates drought and short mowing. It helps in the prevention of soil erosion and converts atmospheric nitrogen into mineral nitrogen through nodules on their roots. It also reduces the need for lawn fertilization which in turn diminishes the environmental impacts. The bag of 2kg covers a 200 sq.m. area.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Rochelle from Laced with Creeping Charlie!!! Last year we bought two bags of this too heavily seed our backyard. It was mostly grass and dandelions prior to us seeding it. First year that we seeded this clover in our backyard it came in very full and looked great, this year there is very little clover in the yard and Creeping Charlie as far as the eye can see mixed into the grass. I was rather nervous when I first opened the bag to learn that the seeds inside did not look like Clover at all, but are instead dipped in some type of paint to make them look white. I feel like it would be far too easy to mix Creeping Charlie seeds in with Clover seeds when all of them are painted white to look the same and feel that this was a giant rip-off and has become heavily detrimental result from my lawn. We are now massively battling an invasive plant in our yard thanks to this company in a protected wetland area. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
