Pretreat your clothes easily with a built-in, dual temperature faucet and brush, and use the automatic presoak option that lets you set your washer to soak for 15, 30, 60 or 120 minutes. This washer also has a convenient delay start option to let you schedule a cycle up to 12 hours in advance, a deep-water wash option, and its intuitive controls make it easy to select the right cycle combinations or customize up to 36 of your own. Lastly, this appliance also lets you enjoy free smart features for more convenience.

Issue Needs to Be Resolved
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this washer for only a week. It has great features and performs well, with one exception. The drum seems to be out of balance, and it vibrates excessively in the spin cycle. I have a service call scheduled.

Lid latch has a horrible design flaw!
I've had this washer for about 9 months... The lid latch broke within 2 weeks. Also this website won't let me upload images. I think this company is lost in the past with tech but has caught up to the present with cheap trash plastic components.
