Nothing but problems.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 6 months ago. I'm already having problems with it. The cycle times are not correct. It does not wash my clothes good. Sometimes when I wash a blanket, part of it is not even wet. I don't not recommend buying this product. I wish I hadn't.

Not as nice as I thought it would be
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely not my favorite. I should have researched a little more on how soap dispense worked. You have to add every time. Previous machine it had its own dispenser that did multiple loads. Also, the alarm is so low that you cannot hear it. The other thing I’m not crazy about is that when you hit the start button you have a count down and sometimes it’s starts and sometimes you have to reopen the machine door move the load around and then try again to get it to restart. Maybe it’s me but I feel like this machine is not a good replacement for the Whirlpool Duet I replaced it with. Overall though the machine does get the clothes clean and is efficient so I’d give it a solid 3.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] WE had a Duet pair for over 20 years. Never had a problem with either the washer or dryer. The only reason we replaced them is that we want to take advantage of 'newer technology' in a more energy-efficient product. The washer is very easy to operate and has a great range of settings for varying clothing and load size. Very quiet as well. So far, we're quite pleased with the washer and we hope we can get another 20 years of trouble free use from it.
