This works with Google Assistant but not an Android device? How does that make any sense? If I don't have any Apple product, how am I supposed to set this unit up?

First Weiser Smart lock I bought that works!
I have bought many Weiser locksets over the years and have not had good luck with any of their smart locks so far until i bought this one.
It works with the app, Alexa and uses 5G home Network.
Setup was a bit complicated considering, especially when you take into the fact you need to update the firmware before you can use it and the update process is kinda slow.
.
I got the first one of these installed and working no problem except the outside keypad would only work sometimes so I took it back to Lowes and exchanged it which was a tedious process.
I would have given it a 5 star review if it was not for the hassles!

Amazing!!!!!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) We have one of these locks installed but it was the old push button, so when we got to upgrade, I loved it. This lock is amazing. It connected so easy and the app is so awesome to use. The touch screen is elegant and the right amount of sensitivity. I love the fact that everyone can have assigned user codes and that you can make the codes work during a specific time, I think the ability to turn additional codes on and off and on during set periods was my favorite feature. I would recommend this lock to anyone, and to be honest, we are getting another one to match and changing our garage to this. It is awesome.

Horrible product
I've been using this for 1 month and it barley works. You enter the code and it sometimes it unlocks, sometimes it doesn't. and sometimes motor will activate, but the door won't u lock, then u have to press lock, wait for the motor to think it's locking a door. Then re-enter the code just for the door to not unlock again. this product makes unlocking a door into a 5 minute task, and some time u can be at the door for 15 minutes trying to get that unresponsive screen to work. Horrible product, usleless for every situation. This product wouldn't be worth it even if it was 50$.

Weiser Halo touch screen smart lock
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The lock itself works great, it's quick and responsive. I had it for a few weeks now and no issues with the lock. I love the touch screen, The problem I had was with the app, it always had problems with being connecting and would only work on one phone, so the app needs some work! As for the lock itself I love it. It looks very sleek looks really nice on my door, hopefully the app will get a much needed update and we can get it to work on my kids phone to, the lock it self is a really good quality lock, I would recommend it to anyone!

Such an upgrade!

We currently have an older styler weiser lock box and have been wanting to upgrade to a more modern look. I can allready vouche that the product is great quality! The wifi capability is so amazing, you can lock/unlock your home without being physically present, which is such a great safety feature! The design is much sleeker than my older style and looks so great on my house! I would 100% recommend a weiser lockbox for anyone looking to add to their current home.

Easy install!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Not only does this look sleek and modern, it works great and super easy to install. It takes no time at all, very easy to follow instructions and the app setup is quick and simple. Connecting it to Alexa is simple as well. It’s very neat that you can ask Alexa if it’s locked/unlocked as well as lock/unlock it for you. It is quite loud though, not when you use a key however. It’s also easy to rekey the deadbolt if you have existing KW1 keys. You can also input over 200 lock codes so everyone you know can have their own code and the app will tell you when and who has opened your lock or closed the lock. Weiser is a great reliable brand and very happy to have received this for review!

Easily installed if you are slightly handy. Nice finish. Works great with the app. Will wait till the temp drops to see how they function. Will update if there are any issues.

Acheté le 2020-04-29. Application compatible seulement avec iPhone. Incompatible avec tout autre téléphone intelligent. Technicien chez Weiser seulement disponible en anglais qui m'a confirmé les informations ci-haut mentionnées. Produit sera retourné au magasin. Ne pas acheter ce produit. Je recommande au magasin de retirer ce produit de leur tablette.
