Description
Add the delicious flavour of smoked hickory to your foods with these Weber(R) hickory wood chunks. Ideal for pairing with pork, ribs, chicken and all other meats, these smoking wood chunks add a strong, bold flavour to a range of different dishes, even vegetables. Soak and drain the wood chunks, then add them directly to hot coals or use them in your smoker box. You can also use them in your smoker. The package contains four pounds of hickory smoking chunks.

Hickory Wood Chunks
I bought this as well as some other kinds of wood chunks. I put them with my charcoal to make my grill a smoker as well. They work well.

Works great I wish I could figure out if you put them in early or later on during the process. It does however add the taste you expect from hickory chunks.

WHAT CAN I SAY ...
I received my order within the stated timeframe. The wood appears to be Hickory and they are mostly chunks and some Hickory bark & debris; all quite useful in my Weber smoker/grill.
