Weber delivered as usual
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Putting the grill together wasn't as easy as I hoped and the manual was quite extensive. I would've paid extra if it came assembled. I like assembling and building, but could've done without in this case.
The grill itself has a sharp design, i like it a lot.
All meats, veggies and meat alternatives (for my wife and teenage daughter) have been a hit so far. Lots of Weber accessories are available for purchase that make grilling easier and more fun (for example the grilling basket). I'm totally sold and will remain loyal to the Weber brand.

Great Upgrade
This grill was purchased to replace a previous Genesis grill which worked fine and was given to our daughter. The main reason for this purchase was the addition of the sear burner. The grill works very well and the sear burner makes the steaks rival any good steak house. Heat control is very good with the exception of the side burner which is too hot. This is dealt with with a flame tamer. The grill went together without a problem. The only issue was with the stainless steel side shelves. During production, the surfaces were scratched along the cut lines for the protective plastic. This mars an otherwise beautiful surface.
Would I buy this grill again? Absolutely.

Great Grill AND Customer Service
This is an excellent grill. I bought this to upgrade from my 8 year old 3-burner Spirit. I love the side burner - especially to use as an alternative to my indoor gas stove top (so there are less cooking odors in the house). Not too difficult to put together. One thing I don't like (about any grill) is the steel grates. Can't wait to upgrade to the PECI grates when available. Also, excellent customer service. I received the grill but was missing one part. I called on a Saturday and customer service answered. Got the part shipped to me to the following week and was good to start cooking! Also, the BTU output is excellent.

First Weber Grill
All Pros! I can’t find a fault with it. I’m very happy I stepped up and went with the Genesis instead of the Spirit. Solid construction, nothing rattles. I was tired of those other rust buckets, and having to replace them every couple of years, even though i cover my grill.
When it arrived there was a scratch on the lid, I emailed Weber (skipped Lowe’s) with a pic, and they sent me a new lid by the end of the week, so great customer service already.
Don’t wait as long as I did, to buy the Bentley of gas grills, the WEBER. You won’t be disappointed.

Awesome grill!!!!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This grill is amazing. I tried to put it together myself but had little success. I hired someone to put it together for me. Spring is coming and it’s the perfect time to spark up the grill after a long winter. This grill heats up and holds the temperature very well with good distribution across the grates. I also love them burner option to cook pasta or corn outside when I don’t want to heat up my kitchen. I found this grill very easy to clean especially after making ribs on it. I would highly recommend this grill. I can tell it’s going to last a long time and is the highest quality.

Love It
Great grill. The electronic features are great, especially the accurate digital probe readings, but the SX-325s is really all about the powerful cooking capabilities. The Sear Zone feature is amazing. Perfect steaks time after time, cooked at steakhouse grill temperatures. I do appreciate the fact that I know the grill temperature too, but the truth is that this grill has exceeded my cooking expectations. It’s really fun. I bought a cover for it as I expect this grill is going to last for decades if I take care of it. I assembled it in about two hours. Lots of boxes and parts but detailed instructions, worth studying before you start.

Genesis EPX-335 Review
My initial impressions of the the EPX-335 Grill are very positive. We did have some delays in getting due to shipping damage but that was resolved quickly by my dealer. The grill is solidly built and I do really enjoy the advanced features. Being able to monitor temperature from my phone is a very handy and the lighted knobs and handle are a nice touch. I've already picked up the pizza stone to use with the Crafted system but have not tried it yet. The only small annoyance I have is that the leftmost burner control knob is misaligned, not sure if it was an assembly issue or a manufacturing defect, it does function perfectly fine.

Most inconvenient location for on/off switch.
The design of this grill is really dumb. The electric cord connection hangs out of the farthest reach possible under the right side tray table at the rear of the grill and the on/off switch is also there. IT IS NEARLY IMPOSSIBLE TO PLUG IN THE GRILL OR TURN ON THE MASTER SWITCH WITHOUT LAYING ON YOUR BACK TO FIND THE MODULE!!. PLUS IF YOU HAVE THE GRILL AGAINST A WALL OR IN A CORNER THAT PAST OF THE GRILL IS VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH. This is probably the most stupid feature I have ever experienced with an appliance. If this was in an outside kitchen you would have to move the entire grill out of its nook to plug it in to turn it on.
