This filter does not remove beneficial minerals but reduces chlorine, taste, odor and sediments so you obtain clean, clear water that looks and tastes great! 6-month life. Replacement for: OEM filter model # UKF8001 (Maytag, Whirlpool).

Very Pleased
I bought this filter a month ago. It is performing well and seems to be every bit as good as the OEM Maytag filter. The price was also pleasingly less. It was delivered by post within 2 days from the manufacturer in Canada. I am pleased with my purchase.

Good tasting water
I bought this filter a little over a month ago and was really easy to install. Unfortunately the water dispenser driped for about 2 weeks after installation.
