Will standard slatwall accessories work with VersaTrack? Or is the spacing different?
I checked some of the other types of slatwall accessories in lowes and they will not work with the Versa Track system. I looked at most major brands at other retailers as well and they all tend to be unique in their spacing and type of connection required for the hooks, etc.

Where to begin
I looked everywhere to a wall system to choose. I settled on Verstrack mainly because of the grooves at the top and bottom that are supposed to accept pegboard. It just so happens the grooves are also in the perfect place to accept shiplap which I was thrilled about. Pair that with the joiners that attach multiple rails together, and all the accessories that just plain work, I had what I needed. It's craftsmanship is top notch. That goes for all of this Craftsman Versatrack stuff. The only thing that could go wrong is the Versatrack rails breaking due to weight or prying. Which I think would be pretty difficult seeing that I've put them through the ringer. All of the accessories are made to very high standards in my opinion, and I just don't see the steel failing. I am very happy with my setup and wouldn't take it ack to get something else instead. A lot of people are upset about the locking tabs on the hooks not holding the hooks in place, but a one inch piece of double sided tape is enough to keep them from sliding left and right. Or two is even better. You can come up with some great ideas if you think outside the box a little.

Perfect solution for garage storage
I added 2 of these to the 20 piece starter set to make 2 8’ rows. Worked perfectly and super easy install. Great value for the price.

Works well
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t think this will hold the weight that the larger kobalt version will, but all in all it works well for what I need it for. If I needed to hang heavier items, I do believe I would go with the kobalt.

Quick and easy to mount
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find the studs and hang this is easy to use and put up. I used this system in my old home I left the track on the walls but kept the hooks for my new home.
So I layer out where to install the new track identified where the studs were and within Ten minutes I was hanging my tools up. I use lots of different storage in my garage this product is quick and easy to put up and start using.

The absolute best
I was looking for some kind of organization system that was:
1. Cost effective
2. Flexible
3. Strong
4. Able to take all my stuff off the grage floor so i can sweep.
This did the job perfectly. What i really like about it is that you can cut it to fit odd spaces. Just make sure that you’re drilling into studs. Seriously, this system will last and you can reconfigure it as time goes on.

Easy installation

Awesome Way To Organize Garage
These tracks are the bomb. Make sure you drill them into studs and these babies will hold up to the task. I have eight of these in my garage and still want more. They hold my weed eater, ladder, skateboards, brooms, and everything in between. It makes garage organization look good!!
Also hint, You can put a pegboard in between two tracks. Super functional and looks awesome!

Best Track System
This Versa Track System is amazing. Started with one package which included 2 tracks and various hooks. Since then I have purchased 4 more tracks and many different hooks. I am so happy with the end results, as my garage and storage shed look wonderful now that everything is organized. So amazed how there seems to be a hook for everything, hoses, ladders, edge trimmers, leaf blowers, and even shelves to attach to the top of the Tracks for storage!! Craftsman did it right! It doesn't come with the hardware but I can understand why. We had to purchase longer screws to put the Tracks up in the garage as they were placed over drywall, while in the outside shed we could place the Tracks right over the 2 x 4's so we didn't need to use the longer screws. And its very easy to attach the tracks, and super easy to put up the hooks any place you want them and can replace and move them any time you want! A Great System!
