The spray does not work. Took bottle out. Pressesd Handel could feel air but with bottle in nil.

how do you remove the liquid container to refill
what liquid should I put in the bottle & how do I control the amount of liquid going to the mop?

Keeps popping off!!!
I bought this 6 months ago thinking Vileda good product. After 6 months of use - I am very dissatisfied with this product. While I'm mopping, the head pops off with the slightest bump against furniture and with even the slightest pressure to scrub a stain on the floor!!! Very poor design. The head should lock on with a locking clasp or something. I will be looking for a different brand in the very near future. Only things I liked about it was refillable bottle, comfort handle, and ease of spraying; not really the most important features of a mop!!! Most importantly it should be able to mop without having the head pop off every few minutes!!!! Seriously I have to pop the head on @ least 10 TIMES in my kitchen ALONE!!! Talk about infuriating!!! DO NOT BUY!!!

Squeaky clean

It was easy to put together. It is a lot sturdier compared to my old spray mop. The mop rotates 180 degrees very easily, making the cleaning process easy and less straining.
The mist from the mop is also a good amount of spray to clean the floor.
I really like the fact that the cleaning pad is detachable and machine or hand washable. That’s another pro. Saves money on buying refills like other brand’s mops. The cleaning pad surface area is also larger compared to other brand mops. I would highly recommend the Vileda promist mop.

Super pratique
J'ai acheté cette vadrouille très pratique , nous pouvons y ajouter notre propre savon et le tampon de nettoyage je lave à la laveuse ..rien à dire à part que parfois le jet ne sortais pas un petit nettoyage et hop ..déjà 2 ans c'est un montant bien investi !

Always clean because it's quick and easy
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I really like this mop for a quick and easy clean up. It helps me keep my home (especially the kitchen) always with clean floors between my major mop and bucket deep cleaning. I can't consider this mop the main cleaning mop because once you wipe a few times with it, it fills up with the dirt and you are essentially mopping the dirt around, but it's perfect for its other purpose - the quick clean up, honestly I love it for my kitchen. I have dark floors and every drop of water makes it look like a disaster , so having this is so handy. It sprays really well and hasn't leaked at all. It's also very easy to maneuver.

I love my new mop!

Not only the spray mist action (so you don’t have to have a bucket of water with you all the time) but the fact that the mop itself is washable and reusable! Plus with it being microfibre it’s fantastic that I only need water to clean. Makes me feel much better since I have a busy toddler running around and don’t want her touching any chemicals on the floor. I have been using other floor cleaners and other mops like Swiffer WetJet for years but am so happy with this as it does just as good of a job without the harsh chemicals! Love it!

Convenient to use
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) Its good for the price. Convenient to use as you don’t need a bucket to mop the floor. As compared to other spray mop in the market, Vileda added features like a 180 degrees flipping head, a small cloth hook to keep the mop head align with the mop stick for better storage and a small measuring container for your chosen floor cleaner. However, i do find that the grip/handle is quite hard to spray especially if you have a small hand because it’s made with glossy plastic material and there is a tendency for your hand to slide. So far, it does the job. .

Head pops off and won't go back on.
I only had the mop for 4 months, head popped off and couldnt get it back on. Very disappointed.

I should have gotten this sooner!
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I love this product! I already have the Vileda EasyWring Spin Mop, which I love, but this makes small spills super easy to clean which is very convenient since I have 4 kids (who are very prone to spills!).
This will get much more use than the spin mop because it’s so convenient to pull out of the closet and quickly clean up messes and spills in the kitchen.
 I put the mop pad in the washer with the rest of my cleaning cloths and it comes out good as new. I highly recommend this product (especially if you have little ones!). *Incentived*
