This replacement HEPA media filter from Venmar captures 99.97% of allergens and other microscopic particles as small as 0.3 microns (1 human hair = 150 microns), including smoke, dust, and smog. Its antimicrobial protection inhibits the growth of bacteria causing odours. This high-performance filter also intercepts bacterial particles with viral potential. Furthermore, this HEPA filter is compatible with the EVO5 700 HRV HEPA air exchanger only. It's designed to capture up to 99.97% of suspended particles, pollen, mould spores, animal hair, and dust mites for better air quality. It comes with 2 prefilters that can even be purchased separately as needed.

Do you stock the HEPA Pre filters which also have to be changed out.
Two pre-filters are included with the hepa filter which is all ever need. Other vendors sell the pre-filters separately but I believe Lowes does not.

how long does the filter last with normal use?
It says in the Venmar manual to replace annually. I basically says the same thing on the Lowes website.

Fall Filter Replacement
Very happy with Lowe’s shipping for its speed and ease, during this pandemic it has proven valuable for my needs. The Hepa filter for our HRV is an added layer of protection and peace of mind. Our Venmar system performs perfectly.

This is exact replacement filter for my air exchanger. It’s a bit pricey but it last 12 to 18 months so not so bad in the end.
