Description

The VELCRO® brand fasteners are ideal to attach most objects onto a smooth surface. They are 50 % stronger than regular self-adhesive hook and loop fasteners, and completely waterproof to allow for both interior and exterior uses.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Adam from Best Velcro for the Money Used this Velcro to mount a CB radio in my vehicle (didn't want it permanently mounted) and it held very well. The velcro adhesive was very effective and stuck firmly. The Velcro sides were very heavy duty and held together very well. Be careful when placing this Velcro on painted surfaces. The adhesive could peel the paint off of the surface.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Trukgrl from Toughest velcro ever I used this product to secure floor mats in my car. The mats were always sliding when you tried to get in or out of the car. I bought two packs of this velcro to do this project but only had to use one. Super strong product.

Just 3 strategically placed strips, along with their corresponding strips, placed on the back of my 15 lb. mirror, held it in place on my wall, without any hammer or nails. These are great if you have old walls which will not hold nails due to the certain material they are made of. I feel confident recommending them to anyone.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Eric from Does not hold as advertised I bought this to hold up a small cable box underneath my computer desk that helps hide wiring. The box weighs 4.1 lb's and I used both strips included in the pack but it only held for a few hours and then fell. The velcro itself did not separate but the adhesive on the strips failed. I even let the adhesive sit for several hours before attaching the cable box. I would only recommend this if you are using it hold an item with a MAXIMUM of 3.0 lb's.

I bought two packages but only needed one. It was easy to install and is very strong. It will serve its purpose very nicely. I had difficulty pulling it loose!

After days of speculation on how to mount a lighted sign to a walkway railing ... some Lowe's rep said... why not try velcro... This absolutely did the trick, its held up for a week and no sign of any problems! Thanks!
