Works great
I bought this on sale and I'm happy with its functionality and looks for the sale price. Provides good water pressure and I appreciate the water saving feature. I hand tightened all of the joints. Don't recommend using a tool as it could damage the matte black finish. The head seems slightly loose so taking off a star. Overall I recommend this shower head.
