Works great.
I bought this 6 months ago and I'm happy with the purchase. Great price too. The solid plastic piece over the attaching screws is super easy to clean.

Not worth purchasing
Just purchased and installed does not stay open on its own. Both the seat and lid keep closing. Item is not returnable. Have to instal old toilet back on. This product is not worth wasting your money

Very easy to install, fits well, however, very flimsy, my wife, who is quite tiny, cannot sit on the lid.

Piece of GARBAGE!!!
It easy to instal...yes.
It has slow close...yes.
I have other slow close lids....but this one is a total puece of crap.
The top lid...if you have to sit on it to bath yr child or anything...don't...ours cracked on the first day when my teen sat on it.
It fits ok but not great. The entire lid is a waste of money even at this price. But then again...the over priced costs of the others is also ridiculous.
Don't waste yr money on this.

What a fabulouse Deal this was
This was a piece of cake to install with NO TOOLS. Both the seat and the lid will lower slowly so they could never make a banging noise. It will be easier to clean the back because it does not have 2 exposed bolts to try to clean around.

Good simple replacement lid
A good fitted replacement for my old lid. Everything you need (except screwdriver) is in the box for installation. The soft close is a real bonus at this price point. Only down side is the plastic is thinner than the old one, and all the parts are thin plastic (screws/buts). Overall, for this price point, and soft close, it's a good value.
