It is a WELDED steel tank. Just how does one replace the water/air separator?
As mentioned above, you remove the plastic cap from the bottom of the tank and replace it with the new bladder.

Hello, can this be used as a water pressure boosting system for the whole house. If I need to maintain a 60psi, do I need to install a pump with this tank?
Yes this can be used for a whole house. And Yes you need a pump with this tank along with a pressure switch (30-50 PSI or 40-60 PSI)

How many gallons does this actually hold. I see draw down numbers, does this indicate that at a certain pressure, the drawdown to 9.7 for example means that's what's left or that is how much you can remove before the pressure drops off?
Why do you not list the draw down value based on the pressure range setting, its a very important value to know for proper tank size selection

Great and reliable
Bought 2 of these and both are in good working shape. won't rust like the other brandes as the base is made of non Metal material . got good Deal!
