Rated 1 out of 5 by artnot from UMBRA Touch Soap Pump Even though I bought it because I liked the design, the function is terrible. It is top heavy with narrower base so it topples over from time to time very easily. Therefore it cracked from so many times toppling over. I had an older UMBRA MODERN model that was much better that is round at top and it gets wider on the bottom (See second photo). Everyone who uses it loves it. It is made of soft rubber material too!

Rated 1 out of 5 by Example:bob27 from Rusts easily! I wish I had read these reviews before I bought it. The metal nozzle rusted up almost immediately. Pretty disappointing that the designers didn't think to use rust-proof materials when making something you use to wash your hands.

Rated 1 out of 5 by ante from Cute design, terrible quality Bought two of these for both our bathrooms, and both developed issues within a month of using. Both had the rust issues other reviewers have mentioned. One, the internal part broke away from the casing, and the other, the clear plastic has cracked. And with the way they're designed, soap leaks out after a full pump creating a mess. Regret buying these.

I’m too proud to get rid of the one working one yet because my husband will definitely call me out for buying a something less than ideal.
