Solvent-free, fast setting black thin spread. A latex-based, black thin spread asphalt emulsion adhesive for the installation of vinyl composition tiles (VCT) over good quality underlayment surfaces including properly prepared existing cutback adhesive residue and existing VCT. 18.9 L.
