Poor roof panels
1 1/2 years old roof panels do not stand up to hail. All panes are full of holes. Not sure where to buy new panels.

Have Two: Great but can't find replacement scree
I have two of these on our very large deck and now have to replace the mosquito screens and drapes. I cannot find these anywhere. Also the roof panels look like they're losing light filtering film and unless these can be replaced, not sure how good they'll be without major DIY alternatives. Where can I buy replacement netting and drapes.

Love this product
I bought this product over 3 years ago and still looks great. The only problem is that I cannot find replacement curtains now. If you actually read the load capacity for snow and take care of it, the product is great. The panels are retractable in case none of the others with negative comments know. Every fall, I retract and tie back the panels so that they are under the eaves of the house and if there is any snow accumulation, I simply clear it off. All set to retract the panels for the summer. Pretty simple to me.

Don’t buy this!
They charge 1500 for the unit and you have the option of paying a hefty fee to get it assembled. If you choose to do it yourself, which we did, it is EXTREMELY difficult because of instructions as well as the hardware. Completely non descriptive. You will have to put it together and take it apart 20 times. My dad is a contractor and he said even if you are an expert in the business this will be difficult to put together.
A tip for putting this together: the sunroof panels slide in from the back so leave yourself atleast 4 feet from the back of the unit. Do not bolt this into the ground or wall first!
It was also manufactured terribly as the front beam holds water which leaks inside and will form rust.
We have a second one to put together and we are planning to make a YouTube video on how to assemble because guess what! THERE ARE NONE! Uberhaus should pay us for this.
It is 1000$ to replace the panels and, you need to take them off in the winter. Therefore you will to move the entire unit off the wall again to remove the panels from the back. Goodluck.
Oh and there were runs in the mesh when it arrived.
Once it’s put together it is nice. But this was not user friendly at all

Upset
We bought this unit 3 years ago. So happy with it u til we had a brief hail storm last summer. I am now left with a roof filled with holes. The dirt and water now get in between the panels so it looks dirty and gross. So disappointed that I cannot replace the panels for less than we paid for the unit. Now it appears the gazebos have aluminium panels that do t allow the diffused light. I know numerous people who also experienced the same damage. I think the company should make it easier and cheaper to replace the panels.

Great purchase
Third summer with this sun shelter. No leaks whatsoever, no cave ins (cover it up for winter with 2 sheets of 1/2 inch plywood. 2x4 post unterneath). Just a lovely piece we enjoy every day. Use common sense when protecting it. 450kg is almost half a ton. Of course it will cave. Also, don't have a clue how people get leaks, never one drop. Put a black painted eaves through the lower side, fire table underneath, 4chairs, Life is good..... Working hero's paradise...
