Water replenishment comes in spurts thus taking to long to be useable again. I tried moving the valve plastic screw up and down and no solution. Is a part broken and can one get parts.

Is the toilet cover "slow close" or regular?

How his from floor to top of seat?

Why there is leak in between two pieces The casket seems ok but there is water drips

I had the same problem. Turned out water was running between the metal bolt head and the metal washer in the tank (metal to metal contact, so not water tight) then down the bolt threads to the floor. It was only leaking a few drops every five minutes or so. I removed the washer on the bolt leaving a direct contact with the head of the bolts to the washer on one side. Then direct contact with the porcelain of the tank to the washer. I use a screwdriver to prevent the bolt head from turning on the rubber washer to prevent damaging it. Use the wing nuts ( replaced mine with the hex nuts from my previous toilet) underneath to squeeze the washer tight to the tank and the bolt head. I never had any water leaks after this. This makes for a water tight connection. I used the metal washers for the outside side of the tank with the nuts underneath the bottom section of the toilet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Lexan from Weak flush. Bought few years ago. Have water on the highest setting. Like other reviews, sometimes requires 2 or 3 flushes just for minimal amount of waste to get flushed. Have tried adjusting plunger lengths but makes no difference. Would not recommend.

Bought two of uberhaus toilets from Rona and they both have same issue constantly with the dual flush valve and problems getting part to fix. One toilet had to give up and buy new toilet as rona give run around on parts for this toilet not having the part been told over 8 times. Had many plumbers out to tell me they can't get that part I must get it for them to fix. But Rona giving run around and now the second toilet having same issues wasting water as it does not fill up the tank and water constantly running. Went away for 4 days to come home to noticing it happened and I can't wait to see my water bill. Smh....better off never to buy h Uber haus ever again.

Overall they're a middle of the line toilet with some cheap components (ie. i didn't like the mounting hardware, but then no one does a good job on that part). Good quality on everything else, except the refill is REALLY noisy. It hisses more than most and wakes people up at night. I've tried to adjust things but can't seem to quiet it down.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Billy Jack from Faulty Design on Buttons I’ve had this toilet for three years and always had issues with water flow = not enough for #2. Noticed a comment where someone said the amount of water flow is the same for each button. Which is what I always thought as well. I assumed the flows were the same amount but they are not. The blue side of the flush valve is a lower flow and the grey side is higher flow - push them with the lid off and you will see. The issue is that the button stems are lined up to only push the blue,or rather the right button lines up in the middle and tends to stick at times. I’ve never got the higher flow use out of this toilet due to this flawed design. Also the larger button is on the left and should be on the right. I’m thinking most people have just lived with this design flaw not knowing that it’s faulty. Toilet belongs in the garbage. Would love a replacement but seeing I’ve had it for so long I’m assuming not. If you are looking at buying one don’t - or at least make sure they take it out of the box and makes sure the stems actually line up properly.

Même problème que plusieurs autres, j’ai jamais été capable de faire ne sorte que le réservoir arrête de couler. Parfois, j’y arrivais lorsque l’eau n’était pas en mouvement (réservoir plein) mais dès qu’on tire la chasse, l’eau coulait des boulons... Première fois que j’achetais cette marque et pas impressionné. Je n’ai jamais eu de problème à installer une toilette avant...
