Noisy, bland lights, cheap control buttons, $$$
My biggest complain is the amount of noise for this range hood relative to the sones level it proports to have. We installed this in our cottage but it is much louder compared to the NuTone range hood we have at home. The LED lights are a cold white with only one light level - our NuTone has nice warm white plus 3 light levels. Like most of these range hoods, the quality is the minimum stamped metal design acceptable. The fan size is appropriate but the air flow design makes it much louder than it should be. I doubt I'd be able to replace the LED lights and despite the claimed 10k hours, eventually they will fail whereupon the whole unit will require replacement. Standard bulbs would be easier to replace. I bought online (COVID) and I would definitely not buy again, wish I could return it but it is already installed. Other brands are also too expensive for what you get but similar brands would be higher satisfaction for similar price.

Buy brand name instead
I’m going to return it. Our original 20 year old base model exhaust fan works better than this.

Not worth the money
Open box saw quality put back in the box and return it to the store, not worth the money.. it took a long process to return this item, terrible experience will not order online again either
