Description
Protect walls and corners when finishing drywall by covering them with this Trim-Tex Tear Away L Bead. Mask any exposed drywall with this L bead with a tear-off strip while mudding or painting for an easy and clean finish. PVC makes it resistant to dent and rust, so it withstands damage during handling and installation. The mudding corner bead is free of cellulose, which is a food source for mould, so it stops decay. The American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) gives this product a Class A fire rating for low flame spread and smoke development. Over 70% of this drywall, tear-away L bead comprises recycled material, so it's a step towards eco-conscious construction. Each box of this L bead contains 50 pieces measuring 10 ft L. The warranty for the model covers manufacturing flaws.

Innovative product for drywall edges
Used the tearaway bead for a reno in my bathroom. Resulted in very professional look where the drywall meets some oak highlight edging.
