Faulty faucet, poor customer service.
I hired a professional plumber to install this unit and after install the water flow from the faucet was a trickle.
We confirmed water flow was good to the faucet, I purchased a replacement cartridge which did not fix it.
I contacted the CSR at Conglom (parent company). They responded and we troubleshot the faucet again with no success. The problem is I paid a plumber $160/hr to install, the faucet access in the cabinet is very tight, and I now have to pay again to have a plumber to come. The company will not send a replacement kit which I can replace myself. I will be returning this unit.

Misrepresentation of dimentions
The width of the unit is not 26-in as specified on this internet site and the flyer. The container clearly specifies the true width of 24.17-in.
Cannot comment on anything else.

Enclosed laundry tub
I had the old standard laundry sink previously. This one is compact, enclosed and comes with taps. Storage underneath. Installed easily. Good price ( bought it on sale for $100 off. Gives a more finished look to laundry room

Easy to install and use, very robust.
This has been in use for the past 3 months with absolutely no issues. Install was easy with robust parts for the cabinet, sink and the all important faucet. Supply lines for the faucet long enough that they tied into the local isolation valves. No issues with strainer, housing and tail stock to run drain. Very happy with the flow, ease of use of the faucet toggling between stream and spray, easy to turn on and set temperature and height of faucet along with ability to rotate out of way allows ease of use to pour out hot sauce pans and pots or to use the cauldron. Easy action and return to remove sprayer from housing and use as required. Sink is nice and deep to facilitate all of our requirements. Door action very positive and stainless is easy to clean after using the tub for cleaning paint trays, rollers and brushes. Use fairly heavily for renos and cooking as laundry room is right off our kitchen. Very happy with this purchase, install and functionality.
