For each lighting unit, do both bulbs need to be installed for it to light. Ie. If the low power bulb burns out, does the larger bulb keep operating?

Rated 5 out of 5 by Ropedawg from Works really well I’ve used this a handful of times for my backyard rink. It works well in fairly cold temperatures, and it easy to move around. It’s more than bright enough to light up a 20’x40’ rink. Building instructions weren’t very helpful, but it’s not hard to figure it out.
