Very good finished product
This is not a minor project to construct. Probably 5-6 hours to assemble, plenty of screws, and lining up drawers for screwing can be a bit frustrating. Finished product looks great, all drawers work properly, light, power and bench top all very good. Familiarize yourself with the instructions and the numbers on the pieces. Have fun!

Good value but it's not without it's issues
I had the Kobalt rolling toolchest and had my eyes on the matching workbench. Over this times, Lowe's dropped their in house tool brand and replaced it with Craftsman. Looks like one of the brands that supplied Lowe's for it's Kobalt brand was Toolmaster. In fact, this unit still came with Kobalt branding all over, just with white stickers over everything. It's also $100 more than the Kobalt unit was sold for. I got it on sale with coupon that brought it down. I would not recommend paying full price for this unit.
The one missing feature for me is the lack of castors. Not only that, but the inability to even mount them directly. I saw in the reviews of the original Kobalt model people using either 2x4 or 4x4s to attach castors to. I chose the 4x4 method. Cut them to size, drilled holes into the leg supports, and used stainless steel machine screws to attach them. Then lag screws for the castors to the wood. I used 5" polyurethane wheels. This raises the table by a considerable height. I'm 6' so it's ok, but keep that in mind.
The assembly of the table takes a long time. The instructions are ok and detailed enough that it wasn't a problem. There are a lot of pieces and screws. The hardware supplied with this unit is the single biggest weakness. Stripped many a screw. Unlike the quality of the stainless steel sheeting used for the worktable which is good.
The stainless steel pegboard is nice, but actually a huge pain to get pegs into. I would have almost preferred it to be made of particle board.
The top compartment is actually a great storage unit for bottles, sprays, lubricants and other assorted liquids. The florescent light under it though is mounted in such a way as to take up some of the space from the pegboard. I may end up replacing it with an LED light panel.
Lastly, the table top is ok. I would have preferred it to be a bit thicker. It's only 5/8" thick. And the coating on it is thin. The dimensions of the table are 44¾" x 22¼"
