Description
These KNECT post connectors allow you to create fence-like additions or straight across living walls to your Toja Grid pergola by using 4" x 4" wood posts (nominal sizes; actual sizes of 3.5" x 3.5"). They are made of 14-gauge zinc-coated steel, with a superior quality powder paint, perfect for extended outdoor use. This product is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. Wood screws included.

Do I get 4 top corner brackets and 4 bottom brackets?
No, the Grid Knect 8 pack consist of 8 brackets that are used to make 4 wooden horizontal beams for the the grid wall.

Does the 8 pack mean I get four top and four bottom connectors then add posts?
The 8 pack knect is used to build the grid wall or create wood slats on the top of your pergola. it is not the hardware to build the pergola structure itself but an accessory option.

Why is there no description of what is included in the Grid Knect 8 pack?? Does it include the 4 of the 3 way top pieces and the 4 bottom pieces??
The Grid Knect 8 pack contains only the black pieces to attach the side rails. In order to get the top corner pieces or the bottom foot pieces, you need to order one of the pergola kits.

12ft is what we recommend but some people do go longer

Can I build a 16x12 pergola with this set or it's not recommended? Thank you
It is possible however over time the longer the length of wood the more possibility of bowing etc. If you don't mind more downward beams you can always use the QUAD or QUINT for extra support

I’m on clear in what Is included in this purchase. Is it everything that you see in the picture.
The 8 pack is JUST the little black pieces that connect the cross pieces across the back "wall" of the pergola. Not the wood, not the corner pieces, not the shade thing - just the black pieces from the back wall. If you want the other stuff, you have to order the pergola kit.
